You will learn advanced milk steaming and texturing techniques, pouring mechanics, and how to pour the most popular latte art designs – the heart + ringed heart, tulip, and rosetta. This class provides ample personalized one-on-one instruction from our team of pro coffee educators and we keep class sizes small to ensure everyone has plenty of practice time. Our top priority is to keep your learning experience fun, approachable, and results-oriented!

Professional Barista Course

The 5-Day Barista Training Class combines our popular Espresso & Milk foaming Skills Class and Quality Coffee Brewing into one comprehensive barista training workshop. Students will gain the skills necessary to feel confident working in a quality-oriented coffee shop environment, or as a skilled home barista. Students will learn how to properly operate an espresso machine, grinders, and traditional coffee brewing equipment. In addition, students will learn how to steam milk, prepare all the classic espresso-based drinks, and maintain equipment. Students will also perform guided hands-on brewing experiments and tasting exercises with today’s most popular coffee brewing equipment to learn how to isolate and control individual factors that affect coffee’s taste. The barista skills taught in this coffee class are absolutely vital for brewing consistently great tasting coffee and espresso, and knowing how to troubleshoot off-tasting results. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of training, certifying that you have attended and successfully completed this professional barista training course.
